GENERAL CONDITIONS:
All reservations accepted by CASERÍO LOS CHARCOS are subject to the owners conditions and the following general conditions.
THE STAY OF MORE PEOPLE THAN STIPULATED IN CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION AND THEIR USE OF THE FACILITIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. The unobservance of this norm vill give the owner the right to take the neccesary measures.
When the stay ends , and except otherwise agreed , the host must leave the house before 11 a.m on the leaving day. Animals will be only allowed if previous agreement exists between the owner and the host. It is forbidden to take any utensils , bedclothes , etc away from the house.
The House will be left in perfect conditions , both regarding its facilities as its cleanliness. the cleaning of the house, during the stay of the host, will be carried out by the host, excepts if the number of days stipulated by the owner is exceeded. The cleaning timetable will be agreed in advance. Clean bedclothes , towels , etc... will be provided when asked for by the host.
THE PAYMENT:Two days before the acceptance of the reservation on the part of the owner , the host will have to make a transference of a certain sum in advance in order to formalize the reservation , the amount of the transfer is 50 % of the total charge of the rent. If this period ( 3 days) elpses with no transference from the would-be host , we have the right to offer the house to any other potential host. The remaining amount will be paid in cash one the host is in the house. Any damage caused by the client during the use of the house will be paid separately by the client.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE RESERVATION:Requiring or receiving information on the state of availability of any of the rural houses does not imply the acceptance of the reservation on the part of our company. This acceptance will depend on the sendin to the host of the necessary data for him to make the transference of the required deposit (50%). From then on, the house will remain in pre-reservation state for the following two work days. Once the depsit is received , the reservation is definitively formalized and the client will be sent the confirmation.
TRAVELLING DOCUMENTS:The client is responsible for all his neccesary treavelling documents to be in order. In case a passenger is unable to travel due to any problem regarding his documents, there will not be any refund. Likewise , the client will be responsible for his/her travelling and medical insurance.
CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION ON THE PART OF THE OWNER:
Due to unexpected and emergency reasons a reservation might be cancellled by the owner. In such cases , the sum of ghe reservation will be refunded totally, and we will do our best to re-lodge you in another house.
CANCELLATION ON THE PART OF THE CLIENT:
If the client cancels the reservation , the following retention of the deposit will be made.
- More de 15 days 25%
- De 14 a 7 days 50%
- De 6 a 4 days 75%
- De 3 a 0 days 100%
The obligation to keep the house reserved will cease , this meaning ghe loss of the deposit , if the house is not occcupied before 12 p.m of the day which follows the fixed day, except if the client confirms his arrival and it takes place before the sum paid for the days meant to be spent in the house exceeds the summ of the deposit.
CLAIMSIf the client wished to make to make any claim , he will have to state it within the first six days after the arrival date, and we will try to solve the problem. Once the house has been abandoned , complaints will not be attended nor refunds will be paid.
Although all the houses have been fully equipped with everything necessary to make the host enjoy unforgettable days of rest, the client of any rural house accepts that the special way these houses work, and the conditions of the areas in which these houses are set, may occasionally derive in unexpected circumstances , such as sudden changes of the weather conditions , cuts of electric power supply , etc... IN such cases , attention to the client in order to solve these possible troubles may not be immediate. That´s why the host has to be informed that, unlike hotels, this kind of houses don´t have a permanent 24 hour-a-day service. In case , we will try to deal witg any unexpected contingency in the shortest period of time possible.
